This machinery mover dolly was custom built for our customer who manufacturers very large transformers. We worked with their engineers and developed a design for them to fit their application precisely. We presented the customer with a 3D CAD model of the product to incorporate into their design prior to their order with us.
The guide roller system allows these units to follow along on an I-Beam to keep it in a straight line while the load is being moved. The guide roller system is a fixed width and the guides are removable. In addition to the custom design of the frame, we also provided larger diameter axles, wheels, and bearings than we use in our standard products. All components were precision CNC machined.
